I spent over a decade in the restaurant industry, and no matter how many times I tried to leave it, I always found myself back there.
I saw countless dishes over the years that were truly works of art. While the camera can capture the gorgeous aesthetics of a dish, it really only tells the half the story. The incredible flavor profiles, of course, can only be experienced in person.
